Muscle Pain :(


Gara² nak maintainkan keSLIMan perut **kes x nk buncit ler neh** Smlm Zie terover wat excercise sit-up arr. Tros sakit muscles kat stomach Zie neh

Smlm Zie wat 250 sit-ups. Selalunyer Zie wat 100 sit-ups jek...adehhh!!! Gud news is...berat Zie dh naik balik. Bfore pose 50kg **huuurraayyy!!!** but then... **sobsob** after pose jatuh mendadak jadik 45kg...and now dh up 2kg which is 47kg dh skrg...yaaaahhhooooo!!!

Tuh yg gagah buat sit-ups tuh. Kasi perut ade muscles ckit. xde ler lemak tersimpan kat c2 nnti..hiksss ^_^
